Teams are competitive. Groups are collaborative. We highlight the term “Group” in our name because that’s what you’re getting – a group of individuals who motivate, encourage, and support each other to elevate our work environment for the good of the clients.

We put the needs of the client ahead of the needs of the advisor.  We put the needs of the advisor ahead of the profits of the company.  Of course you want to work with a company who prioritizes trust, integrity, research, and communication. But you should be getting that from anyone you engage to work with your money.

Over the last decade, we’ve quickly grown in size – both in staff and clients – but that didn’t happen because we are appealing to the masses. When a client wants to work with one of our advisors, we want to make sure it’s a good fit from several angles. Otherwise, we aren’t setting you up for the experience you are searching for.  We take the same approach when an advisor wants to join the Group.
